1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, Clerk provides your name, email address, and authentication state. We store the product, trade, notification, and account data needed to operate TradeMRR in Convex. When you connect Stripe, we receive the connected account identifiers and billing information needed to create and verify subscriptions. Stripe handles payment card details; TradeMRR does not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • - Operate and maintain your TradeMRR account
  • - Facilitate subscription trades between founders
  • - Verify active subscriptions via Stripe Connect
  • - Send trade requests, status updates, and notifications
  • - Display your product listing in the marketplace

3. Information Sharing

Your product name, description, and pricing are visible to visitors and users in the marketplace. We do not sell your personal data. We share information with Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data, Stripe for connected billing and subscription events, Vercel for hosting and performance analytics, and Resend for transactional email.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Convex and processed through Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, and Resend. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We retain records for as long as needed to operate accounts and trades, provide billing records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by emailing hello@trademrr.com. We review each request against active trades, billing records, security controls, and legal retention needs. TradeMRR does not currently provide a self-service export or deletion control.

6. Cookies

Clerk uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may process usage and performance information. TradeMRR does not use advertising cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
