When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Clerk. When you connect Stripe, we receive your Stripe account ID and subscription verification status. We do not store your payment card details.

We use your information to:

• - Operate and maintain your TradeMRR account
• - Facilitate subscription trades between founders
• - Verify active subscriptions via Stripe Connect
• - Send trade requests, status updates, and notifications
• - Display your product listing in the marketplace

3. Information Sharing

Your product name, description, and pricing are visible to other TradeMRR users in the marketplace. We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with Clerk (authentication) and Stripe (billing verification) as necessary to operate the service.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Convex (database) and processed through Clerk and Stripe. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

5. Your Rights

You may delete your account and associated data at any time. You may request a copy of your data by contacting us. You may withdraw consent for data processing by closing your account.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
