Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeMRR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TradeMRR is a marketplace that connects micro SaaS founders to trade subscriptions. You subscribe to another founder's product and they subscribe to yours. Subscription verification is handled through Stripe Connect.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person or business entity.

4. Product Listings

You must have a legitimate SaaS product with active Stripe billing to list on TradeMRR. Listings must accurately represent your product and pricing. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

5. Trades and Subscriptions

Trades are agreements between two founders to subscribe to each other's products. TradeMRR facilitates the connection but is not a party to the subscription itself. Subscriptions are managed directly through each product's billing system. Either party may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation is detected via Stripe and ends the trade for both sides.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • - Creating fake products or fraudulent listings
  • - Subscribing with the intent to immediately cancel
  • - Using chargebacks to reverse legitimate trade subscriptions
  • - Abusing the platform to artificially inflate MRR metrics
  • - Harassing or spamming other users

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeMRR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. We do not guarantee that any trade will be completed or maintained.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Active trades will be terminated upon account closure.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradeMRR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
